This page only includes our childcare charges and basic information.  We encourage you to visit our facility and meet our staff.  We would be happy to meet with you and give you a tour of our center!

Trinity Preschool started in 1969 by Trinity Lutheran Church to meet the growing child care needs of the community.  Our program is owned and operated by Trinity Lutheran Church and is housed in the lower level of Trinity Lutheran Church, 210 7th St South in Moorhead, Minnesota.  We share our preschool spaces with the religious education of the church.

Trinity Preschool is licensed by the Department of Human Services of the State of Minnesota.  (651) 296-3971  Our children are grouped according to these licensing standards.  We are licensed for 11 toddlers, 50 preschool, and 30 kindergarten through 4th grade - a total of 91 children ages 16th months through 4th grade (or age 10).   The adult to child ration is 1:15 for school-age children, 1:10 for preschool, and 1:5 for toddlers.  Groups are formed according to age groupings and do not exceed group size.

Our hours of operation are 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  We are closed for major holidays and close early for Christmas Eve.

Trinity Preschool does not discriminate in its admission or dismissal policies on the basis of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, national origin, or source of payment.  We accept both MN and ND child care assistance.

Trinity Preschool participates in the MN Department of education food and Nutrition Program. All meals served meet the nutritional guidelines set forth by the USDA Child Nutrition Program.
